Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

Custom Order Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom specifications before placing an order, including colors, team selection, logos, spelling, and other personalization details.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If there is an error on our end, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• Relevant order details

Once production has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.
